3.1. Notification Delivery: Emails and notifications may not be delivered due to external factors such as spam filters, provider blocks, or third-party failures.
3.2. Processing Time: Status change alerts may experience delays due to the high volume of simultaneous agents in the system.
3.3. Compatibility and Restrictions: Certain monitoring may not work correctly depending on the hosting infrastructure of the monitored services. Some providers use protection systems against attacks that may block access from our User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; SempreUpMonitor/1.0; +https://sempreup.net)
Volkker Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website. Continued use of SempreUp after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
